Soll man jetzt gratulieren oder das Ganze
verteufeln.... Deutschland steht mal wieder im
Finale.... Das kann ned sein.... Die
Döner-Connection zerlegt die deutschen wie
das Dönerfleisch (spielerisch gesehen) aber
dann kommen die Holzhacker und kloppen die Kisten
rein... Mal schauen ob das gegen die
Russen/Spanier auch gelingt. Nur ich wünsche
mir nichts mehr als Ruhe und keine frenetischen
Hupkonzerte.... (Kanadische Natur ... wo bist du

Hallo Ihr " Reisser ", Graf aus Luxembourg wieder daheim. Schweiz im Training,mehr dazu vorerst nicht. 118 Fahrenheit hier in El Paso,nur die Luft " steht "! Melde mich wenn ich wieder besser atmen kann. Gruesse an daheim und einfach " dranbleiben " an der gemeinsamen Sache! Fluege alles noch offen,Nacht und Nebelaktion im Gange mit Lark. Mehr am Telefon! -721uVkNa, wo treiben sich Chuck und der "Schwyzer" rum ??? Hat sich hoffe nicht wegen der momentanen EM in Kanada versteckt ?! Soll aber etwas an Begeisterung zeigen,... schließlich durfte ich die Schweiz einige Jahre als Gastland kennenlernen. Nur mit der Schnelligkeit der Landeshauptstädter.... Chuck, da mußt du mit Ihm noch üben.... Ich bin schon ganz
genervt, dass sich hier nix weiteres tut. Mein AG
ist auch zickig ohne Ende.... Aber das gibt mir
nur ein "Leichtes" meinen Vertrag dort
dann zu beenden. Immerhin habe ich endlich meinen
biometrischen Pass gestern bei der Gemeinde
abholen können. Jetzt müssen wir mal
schauen, was noch alles kommt.... Die
Theobüffelei nervt... es soll endlich mal
losgehen.... Aber wobei ich weiß... trottz
LKW Erfahrung ist es ein "anderer
Planet" mit den Truck´s im Westen...

Hey,hey Tommy,wir meinten die " zarten Rehe " von 3,5 Zentner " lebend ",nicht die zarten aus Mexico! Man da unten waren 40 Grad Celsius. Der Pascal aus LX war " down ",jetzt kommt der Schwyzer Bruno dran,mal sehen was der aushaelt?! Sind zwischenzeitlich in Fargo,ND. auf dem Heimweg. haben die Beiden, glaub ich, doch die Rehe
nähe Laredo gefunden... hihihi.... (Tja,
Joachim, so kommst du schneller da rüber, als
du träumen kannst...) Habt ihr immer noch um
die 40 °C ??? Hier sitzen wir auch bei
durchschnittlich 32 - 38 ° C im Schatten, aber
Gott sei Dank... eine frische Brise von der
Küste und ein kühles Blondes tun sein
übriges. Sag mal wie war dein Umzug ???

NN: Minister,I am conserned about the nw proposal
that has been tabled,which is going to be a part
of the budget process.My concern stems from the
fact that with an 800 000- or 900 000- person
waiting list,even if we stop accepting applicants
on July 1,it would still takeus five to six years
to bring down the backlog. DF: ( And ) if we don't do anything b 2012, it would be a 10-year waiting list. NN: It already is a 10-year waitinglist in the family reunification category as you know. And to me my concern is that I am not seeing specific targets to bringing down the waiting-list and am not seeing specific action that would be taken to ensure that there is a level-playing field for any applicant, given your proposed new powers to pick and choose. DF: The backlog forces us us to do two things. Number 1 is processing every application in the sequence in which it arrived. Secondly, it forces us to process each and every application from start to finish,even if the person has made multiple applications or has even passed away ( also sterbt mir bloss nicht weg,wenn ihr auf Eure Permanent Residence Card wartet ) we still hao process that application ( sind aber hartnaeckig ).And, frankly, that is a waste of time,energy and taxpayers'money ( erinnert mich doch an die Lumpen und Gesindel in good old Germany ). Now as the files get older and older,a lesser percentage are still going to b interested in coming,but we still have to process all of those application even if they should be in an inactive file,and that's taking more and more time. From an operational point of view ,that is not acceptable. So what we are trying to do is three things. Number 1 is we are making administrative changes in terms of how we tackle this,but we can only do those if we have a legislative change to do this. NN: What are these administrative changes minister? DF: A number of things,such as moving files from a super busy ( location ) to a less busy one where they might have more time to adress those.We also want to send in SWAT teams into certain areas where we think we can make signficant progress ( on the applicant waiting list ). The third thing we are doing is putting a lot more resources in; to the best of my knowledge,over the next two years, ( we're dedicating) $ 37 million a year to tackle the backlog. So we are taking a multipronged aproach - our objective is to get more people here faster. NN: My concern i why would you need to get this almost carte blance given to you in order to make administrative changes. DF: Things are very restrective as to what we can do in terms of tackling things now... The problem is that ( the process ) has no flexibilty.So what we are doing with amendment is giving the minister ,who never gets to make a decision alone,the flexiblity to adapt to the changing ( labour ) situation. NN: But we processed 36 000 fewer immigrants last yer,and we processed 125 000 temporary workers ( so wie etwa mich " alten Kutscher ". DF: That's going to be a part o the Canadien " experience class " , which will be launching this summer; what we found is that a lot of the people coming here as temporary foreign workers want to stay and their employers want them to stay,once they have been here a lot of times ( ein Glueck,wenigstens die Ministerin nennt mich " erfahren " . Ich koennt heulen!!! Everywhere I go across the the country I hear ( employers say ) that they need workers whether they are unskilled, ( so wie wir Truckers/haettet ihr was gescheites gelernt ) to wash dishes and make sandwiches ( auf zu Tim Horten ),or whether they are medical professionals or developers or engineers. They are all needed across the country and we had to fid waystat we could respond to this need. So we developed the Canadian " experience class " . Lasst uns feiern,Jungs! NN: Is it the same staff processing the increasing temporary worker visas as the permanent resident application ? DF: We have more than 4 000 pople around the globe who are processing all the different applications. NN: I was already reading in newspapers from Barbados,India and Fiji that Canada is capping immigrants. Will you cap the number of applications that come in? DF: That does nomke it true; we are not capping,we are encouraging more to apply ( hat ja ganz den Hindukusch vergessen die Gute ) . NN: You know,if I was one of those guys on the list waiting four,five,six years,putting my life on hold,I would be extremely miffed that now a temporary worker can get processed within 30 days and have the right to become an immigrant much faster than me. DF: The whole purpose is to take advantage of those who aready have Canadian experience ... What we are finding is that many of these temporary workers ( wie Chuck ) want to stay, and the employers want them to stay and then they bring their familys and doggys. The big barrier for people in succeeding when they get here is not getting a jb without Canadian experience. These ( temporary workers ) already got it. Praise the Lord!!! NN. Thank you, minister. I hope this all comes across as an effort to work with the department so that we can come to a consensual resolution; because at the end of it all,we are talking about the future of our nation. DF: That's exactly why we are doing this. We want to give the advantage to Canada and get us the well-educated,flexible workforce that we need in spite of the ( inflexible ) existing legislation.
