Is there any sort of training sessions i could go to maybe in the summer or something to get used to things? im 16 so i dont know who i would have to train with, also other people wouldnt mind me joining so late would they? x i remember our trip to ireland a couple i years back! it was ace!! xx

Hi Folks your website is great. we are a girls under 14 team(born 1994) from Dublin we are going to Holland in July for a Tournament. Is there any tournaments in your club in september/October we would love to come over and play, maybe you will travel to Ireland???? I am doing great ^^ missed basketball though  havent done it since i
left :( i was thinkin of joining the womens, but
again im not sure, and like i havent done it in
ages... any tips on how i could train up before i
