hi habe gerade bei flightglobal folgendes gelesen:A great opportunity for pilots without MCC or for pilots who feel they would benefit from a MCC refresher course due to lack of experience or lack of current flight time.CAE is proud to offer a Ryanair-approved MCC course on the B737-300. It is an intensive course with five days of groundschool and five full-flight simulator (FFS) sessions on the B737-300. If you choose to apply for Ryanair, the MCC course will act as an assessment for entry to the CAE/Ryanair B737-800 type-rating program. If your performance during the MCC course is on par with Ryanair standards, you will be scheduled for an interview with Ryanair. Should you interview be successful, you will be invited to the self-sponsored B737-800 Type Qualification Program at CAE Amsterdam. Entry Requirements Applicant should: Have a valid multi-engine instrument rating Have a flight crew license (theoretical ATPL with valid JAA CPL) Have a valid JAR-FCL 3 Class 1 Medical Ideally have a permit to work within the European Union Demonstrate competence in the English language. The MCC Course The course, conducted at our Brussels Training Center on the B737-300 FFS, consists of a B737-300 technical course, MCC theory, five FFS sessions, and assessment for Ryanair (if applicable). Upon completion of the course, a JAR-approved MCC certificate will be provided, irrespective of whether you enter the Ryanair Type Qualification program or not. The Selection Process for Ryanair Your performance during the MCC course will be carefully evaluated. In addition, you will take part in an English Language Test and General Aviation Knowledge Test. Successful candidates will be invited for an interview with Ryanair. Further simulator assessment will not be required. Financial Structure MCC course cost : € 6,500 Ryanair selection : € 250 Extra costs (travel, housing, ID application, etc.) : At cost, payable by the student. Accommodation and Travel Accommodation and travel will be at the student’s expense and responsibility. CAE will try to offer support by finding affordable accommodation. Training Start Dates Courses start bi-weekly throughout the year. What’s Next Please complete the on-line application form.
