Hello Hardy,
Wow – you truly are one in a million - I could not have stumbled upon a better, more thoughtful, sincere, honest and kind person if I scanned the globe to try and do so. I wanted to express a heartfelt “Thank You” for your honesty, and warm heartedness. It is always a pleasure speaking with you - you truly are a big help. As I’ve said before, it is difficult to get the real story and truth from other stores and their sales agents so it was nice to get the honest truth from you. I did not feel like yet another number in the cue – that truly is customer service – or as I like to say friendly service because I no longer felt like a customer, but a friend.

And you wrote all that for me, although you did not buy your Engagement Diamond from me yet, as you're still looking !?
Hopefully, by talking to you about Diamonds and what to watch out for,
it gave you a better sense and will protect you on your quest to find that right stone.
Your Crusade has been a rough one on the Internet world of prices and promises, also from some local dealers!
But I have armed you with the Truth, by understanding the subject properly, to the best of my ability and you listened and hopefully came away a more knowledgeable person, "as far as Cushion shape Diamonds are concerned"
You should also appreciate the reasons for differences in pricing of all your various choices of stones, that you have to check out so far!
